    Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the E-Commerce Manager will own and execute the e-commerce vision and strategy from launch to implementation and beyond.

    • Develop the e-commerce business plan and report performance to management
    • Foster strong working partnerships with other business areas to advocate and develop new business opportunities
    • Manage day-to-day operations, with the help of internal team members and external partners
    • Manage the growth of the site
    • Act as subject matter expert within Dex Clothing and market the e-commerce initiative inside and outside the company
    • Act as the primary contact for all issues related to e-commerce


    • 5 or more years of directly-related e-Commerce experience (including site launch management and with US and international markets)
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • Strong knowledge of trading, merchandising and forecasting
    • Effective leader with the ability to build from the ground-up

  • Dex Clothing, a leading fashion company, is seeking a Sales Executive to join our growing team.

    Reporting to the Chief Operating Office, the Sales Executive will apply effective strategies to promote and analyze the performance of Dex Clothing.  He (she) will  generate revenue by developing market potential through prospecting, lead generation, qualifying opportunities, proposing products, forecasting and closing sales.

    • Conduct competitor analysis in different markets (Canada, United States, Europe and Asia)
    • Suggest short, medium and long term sales strategies in order to attain the projected sales objectives. Target points of sale by neighborhood, city and country
    • Gather and analyze information on purchasing habits of customers, as well as ensure proper follow-up of the points of sale (traffic, age, typical, styling, etc.)
    • Seek and follow leads to acquire new business
    • Analyze the different sponsorship requests and suggest new partnerships
    • Seek out purchasing decision makers and develop working relationships
    • Maintain and develop contact with existing customers to develop the accounts and increase sales
    • Present Dex collections during seasonal trade shows targeting new and existing clients
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients
    • Create  projection and sales reports
    • Act as point of contact for the distributors of Dex Clothing



    • Bachelor’s degree or related in Sales and Marketing fields
    • 5 or more  years of experience in a similar position
    • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
    • Effective presentation skills and the ability to close sales
    • Establish priorities, multitask and work with demanding deadlines
    • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
    • Resilient and persistent
    • Bilingual in English & French (spoken & written)
